Vie has been trained extensively in Ayurveda the oldest documented health science. According to Ayurveda there are 6 tastes and 20 qualities that can be used to describe any food or drink and the physiological, emotional and mental effects that it will have on us.
Vie brought this ancient wisdom into the world of premium cigars, fine spirits, artisan coffee and chocolate over 15 years ago and has been practicing the art of sommelier since then.
Vie will guide you through minute details, anywhere from terroir specifics and cultivating practices, to what the diiferent colors, textures, smells, tastes and sounds mean and how they influence your sensory perceptions at any given time.
Vie will assist you in pairing a cigar with the accompaniment of your choice (fine spirit, coffee, and yes even chocolate) so you can experience the utmost enjoyment.
